There are two locations including a meat and three in Dothan on Headland Ave. and a full buffet in downtown Slocomb (about a 10-15 minute drive from the Dothan church building.) Blue Plate is a go-to lunch spot if you like southern-style home cooking. Their buttermilk fried chicken is great. With two Dothan locations on West Main and on the RC Circle Southside, they have a wide offering on their menu including free biscuits and fried cornbread.
Fatback's is another local BBQ favorite. They are also known for their incredible burgers. The Cream Cheese Pepper Jelly Bacon Burger and their Pig on a Cow Burger are two of their most popular.
